Eating habits: - Our eating habits are directly affecting our body. Wrong eating habits can cause obesity, anemia, deficiency of various vitamins, calcium, even much more severe than this.
Wrong eating habits mean wrong food on wrong time. Even if you have healthy food but on the wrong time, it will affect wrongly rather than improving your health. Exercise: - Exercise daily or at least 5 times a week is necessary. Do yoga every day for 20 minutes, or walk for 1hr.daily will keeps you fit. An adult needs to walk at least 15000 steps a day. Instead of lift use stairs. Don’t take a bike for small distances.
Sleep: - Eating healthy foods and doing exercise is not enough for healthy life sleeping properly (minimum 6 hours a day) is also very important.
